In the event of an appointment being prevented, the client must inform Estefania Beautysalon as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the client does not comply with this obligation for the first time or timely, Estefania Beautysalon will charge 50% of the fee. In case of a second cancellation within 1 year, the entire fee will be charged.  In the event of non-compliance or timely cancellation of an intake interview, an amount of 25 euros will be charged.

· In the case of a discounted treatment, the reduced price will be charged. 

· If the client arrives at the salon more than 5 minutes later than the agreed time, Estefania Beautysalon may shorten the lost time on the treatment and still calculate the entire fee.

· If the client arrives at the salon more than 15 minutes later than the agreed time, Estefania Beautysalon can cancel the agreed appointment and calculate the entire agreed fee.
